Steve Curry is the Founder and CEO of MustardSeed PMO, bringing over two decades of project management experience across life sciences, pharma, biotech, food & beverage, and manufacturing.
Steve's career began in home construction, where he developed the discipline and precision that would define his approach to project leadership. Over the years, he rose to lead a PMO of more than 100 people supporting R&D operations at one of the world's largest pharmaceutical companies an experience that revealed a critical gap in how complex industries manage execution.
That insight drove him to found MustardSeed PMO, where he now leads a team of 15+ certified project managers serving venture-backed startups and global industry leaders alike.
Steve holds a PMP certification and is passionate about one mission: empowering scientists, engineers, and operators to make a measurable impact one well-run project at a time.
